Well-being Wednesday is a social group which has been operating out of The Mill since May, supported by NBAM with funding from Clarion Futures. It’s a friendly group who discuss all things well-being. This book was co-produced with participants inputting their favorite recipes after a session we did together about nutrition.

We hope this book helps people to get back into cooking and give it a go!
