Would you like to write, but don’t think you have time? Would you like help developing your writing?
Or are you a writer who would like to spend time with other creative people in a relaxed and informal setting?
The second activity in the new STEP UP Arts Programme held at The Mill, a project that has been generously funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Join experienced screenwriter and playwright Sonali Bhattacharyya for five sessions in a supportive environment, share and discuss work.
Each session will focus on a particular area of writing (e.g. character, structure, dialogue), with exercises, advice and support from Sonali. The aim is for each participant to have completed a ten minute stage play, screenplay or a short story, by the end of the workshops.
