Ashtanga yoga: now on Mondays

This class has now finished. There are several yoga teachers running classes at The Mill throughout the week, view them all on our Events page.

First class free if you pay for a 6 week block (£50 instead of £60), or £10 per drop in.

Ashtanga is a flowing form of yoga, great for building strength, poise and balance focusing on breathing to achieve a sense of calm and peace, helping your mind and body to gain in strength and flexibility.

These classes are run by Josetta, an experienced Ashtanga teacher who specialises in teaching beginners this dynamic style of yoga, and are for anyone with little or no experience of either yoga or Ashtanga yoga. The classes are small so you get lots of attention and encouragement.

The course is designed to be supportive and fun in a friendly atmosphere with poses adjusted to suit your particular level of flexibility.

Only 8 places available! So booking early is essential.
