Debbie Bliss, the Walthamstow based knitting pattern designer today donated a glorious bundle of her branded luxurious alpaca, merino and soft lambswool to The Mill Community space knitting group which meets every Friday from 10am to 12 noon.
There were audible gasps as the goody bag was unveiled and plans are already afoot to create some beautiful objects which will bring more focus to the regular Friday morning crafts group and to the
venue itself.
“All of us wish to extend a big thank you to Debbie for her generosity” said one group member. “We never knew that the knitting superstar lived in our midst! We are thrilled about on both counts“.
