Souper Wednesday’s is going weekly! Due to popular demand, Nat Di Maggio, or his alter ego Big Buddah’s Thai Kitchen, will be running his Souper Wednesdays every Wednesday from 25 October to 29 November 2017.
The next delicious offering on 25 October will be Thai cauliflower & coconut soup (vegan), served with naan bread for £2.50 followed by Pumpkin & Ginger cheesecake (vegetarian) for £2.50.
The kitchen opens from 12.00-3.00pm. Come early as there’s always a high demand!
A contribution goes towards The Mill for each bowl of his aromatic soup.
Fruit and veg are donated by Organic Lea, a workers’ cooperative growing food on London’s edge in the Lea Valley. They produce and distribute food and plants locally, and inspire and support others to do the same. The Mill is one of their collection points for deliveries.
As Souper Wednesday has been so popular Nat will be running his kitchen every Wednesday throughout November. Then he’s off to Thailand to pick up new culinary ideas throughout December to February.
