Mindfulness tasters and courses by Mindful World; mindfulness is a skill that we can all learn to enhance our well-being and help fulfill our potential. Mindfulness classes that include simple meditation practices and other exercises have been proven to reduce stress, improve well-being and resilience.
Six week Course starts this week: from 7pm – 9pm, on 5, 12, 19, 26 June and 10 and 17 July
Cost: £150 for six weeks (an early bird discount, £125 if booked before 19th May, concessions £95)
