Last month’s event for pensioners with Circle 33 was a great success at the Mill.
We had some lovely healthy tasters of warming soups and advice on how to look after your garden, as well as sharing recipes and the chance for older local residents to meet with their neighbours and friends.
Visitors could experience a relaxing massage, have a blood pressure health test from the Stroke Association and receive advice on home energy and Welfare Benefits. The main event was the fantastic catering from Mo’s team, who presented a buffet of salads and snacks, with the special Mill punch flowing all day.
