What is it? Be Active, Take Notice
Who is it for? Adults, Older Adults
We take our bodies for granted, using them to get on with living the lives we lead. Often, we do not notice them until something starts to go wrong. A very gentle seated dance class for people with tired bodies and possibly tired minds, who may have given up on their physical abilities. We’ll explore the simple things a body can do to cheer up its owner and bring a sense of new possibilities with the Chantraine School of Dance

Milling About is our programme of activities to support our local community and to connect people whilst COVID-19 restrictions are in place. We’ve received funding from the London Community Response Fund, administered by the City Bridge Trust, to encourage well-being and reduce social isolation. We’re commissioning specialists and creatives from different disciplines to produce activities which you can do online, from home and out and about in our local area.
