7.15pm to 8.30pm
£11 per 75-minute class or £40 for a four-class pass

Start the new week feeling refreshed and relaxed with this relaxed and restorative yoga class. Combining a mixture of yoga styles, including gentle Vinyasa, restorative Yoga Nidra and breathing practices, Rest and Relax Yoga classes aim to support your body to not only develop flexibility but also to realign the body and the nervous system, helping you feel a greater sense of well-being.

Yoga has been practised for centuries to support focused attention and improve awareness of both body and mind. These Sunday evening classes are suitable for all levels and abilities and aim to be enjoyable, supportive and relaxing.

Places available for seven participants and mats and yoga blocks are provided.

Booking is necessary in advance due to the limited number of places.
