Escape from the daily rigours of life and disconnect from smartphones, tablets and computers and join the next Make Your Mark, a 4-week drawing course for all abilities, where you can relax, learn, focus and engage with your creative side.
Participants will explore drawing techniques through studying dynamic installations and the human form, allowing various drawing styles to emerge. The sessions will be led by artist Jason Hawkridge and will take place in the back room of The Chequers and at The Mill on alternate weeks.
A relaxed approach will allow individuals to develop at their own pace and will encourage participants to explore their own ‘ways of seeing.’ Paper, pencil, charcoal, pen and inks are all supplied. The cost of this drawing course is £10 per 2-hour session, to be paid in advance: £40 for the whole course.
