Calling all book lovers! The Mill is having a Book Sale to coincide with World Book Day on Thursday 3 March 2016 from 3pm to 6pm. We have had two exciting donations of brand new children’s books – one from a local resident
who has donated several different titles in English and another from award
winning author and illustrator Benji Davies who has donated his books that
have been translated into more than 15 different languages including French,
German, Spanish, Greek, Italian and Portuguese.
Come to our Book Sale and help raise funds for The Mill – your local community centre! All books will only cost £1 each! This is a great way to stock up on books for your little one’s library or to give as ideal gifts for family and friends who have little ones.
Our resident knitting group, The Mill Knitters, will be at the event selling their wonderful hand-knits, along with homemade cakes on sale too. Don’t miss out on this great event and come along to help support The Mill.
