Join Natalie France on a monthly basis for an Evening Relaxation Guided Meditation session.
This is a non-religious Meditation which focuses on breathing, calming the mind and releasing any stress and tension from the body.
There will be time at the end of the session to reflect on your experience. Feel free to bring a cushion or folded blanket to sit on for extra comfort. You may also wish to take notes at the end of the session so please bring paper/pens too.
Please consult your doctor prior to booking a meditation session if you are currently on medication, have a major illness or any other medical conditions.
