NEW: starts this week, Chi Kung (or Qigong) is a gentle exercise that is similar to Yoga and Tai Chi, but the movements and postures are much simpler. Anyone can do Chi Kung. It is a gentle, low impact form of exercise and is open to adults of all abilities Drop in on Thursday at 2pm! Also NEW for this week, a monthly meet up on Tuesday 31 March, from 6.30 – 8.30pm.  If you’re an adult with dyslexia feel welcome to drop in to this  free group.  Guest Speaker Matt Boyd from Exceptional Individuals sharing his experiences of placing people with dyslexia into employment.
