12:00 – 13:30  English conversation with Cllr Clare
Gain confidence in spoken English with Cllr. Clare Coghill and Adele Tinman. All nationalities welcome.

13:30 – 15:30  ‘Coppermill Recycled Teenagers’ (local senior citizens group meeting)
The senior citizens group “The Coppermill `Recycled Teenagers” and their leader Sue Clarke meet, they devise a variety of activities and discussions. They have room for more members. Small donation is welcomed.

17:30 – 19:30  Grow Your Own Theatre – Youth Theatre 11-15yrs
Youth theatre starts again on 1st May at The Mill Community Centre. Grow Your Own Theatre is a social enterprise set up by local resident and drama teacher Sarah Chase to provide affordable, inclusive and creative drama classes in Walthamstow. Sarah says ‘The youth theatre members have shown such commitment and inventiveness. I am looking forward to showing E17 audiences what our young people are really made of!’

Maypole Mayhem. This workshop is about children taking part in a  making activity. They then, use their creation to inspire their very own stories. Parents/carers are welcome to leave their children with us and come back to share our mini show at the end! Tickets £6.00 each or £20 for four classes.

Spanish is a fun and easy language to learn. “This course is aimed at beginners and improvers (of any age) and you will learn how to ask for information, get around, order food and drink and start basic conversations. The class will run on Saturdays from 2-4pm. I am a native Spanish speaker, with a teaching qualification from the UK, so why not enrol! This course will run for 6 weeks starting from 28th April till 2 June. The cost is £10 per session (term payable in advance).
