Instrumental in the setting up of The Mill, Ingrid has volunteered since the start in Strategic Development and is currently on the Board of Trustees.
Rasheeqa Ahmad
Rasheeqa is a local herbalist who runs workshops and events as Hedge Herbs, including some at The Mill as part of Grow Your Idea, and who also ran herbal journal workshops with Yanire Sylva Delgado.
Zahra Ahmed
Currently events volunteer, but has also volunteered at reception and as a Trustee. Member of the knitting group.
Neesha Badhan
Neesha is a community artist who runs workshops and activities at The Mill including Wellbeing Wednesdays.

Mark is a local basket maker who has taken part in some activities at The Mill.
Clare Coghill
Clare was the Councillor for the High Street ward at the time of The Mill being set up, and assisted in the process of the building being leased and in running some activities. Before standing down as Leader of the Council, Clare arranged for the lease of the building to be extended.
Hilary Davis
Hilary runs the Sociable Sewing group at The Mill.
Yanire Sylva Delgado
Yanire ran the herbal journal workshops with Rasheeqa Ahmad. Has also run various art workshops including Grandad’s Island and The Mill’s 10th birthday celebrations.
Kim Dexter
Kim is the Community Organiser at The Mill.
Frauke Dobers
Former volunteer who set up and coordinated Mill Bakers who bake and donate cakes. Also attended the knitting club.
Ruth Duncan
Ruth was involved in the library campaign and was later a Trustee and volunteer.
Mo Gallaccio
Mo was involved with the campaign to save the library and with the early days of setting up The Mill, and later ran the Artworks programme for several years and is still an active volunteer.

Joe is an architect, teacher and art director who ran the Redundant Architects Recreation Association (RARA) who organised for a group of students to live in, design and build parts of The Mill before it opened in 2011.
