Yoga, pranayama and meditation
Yoga is an ancient discipline that teaches health and well being, and it is these teachings that I endeavour to pass on. My teaching style incorporates my experience of learning a variety of yoga traditions, weaving breath, alignment and meditation into the practice and giving individuals space to work at their own level and pace. All levels welcome.
Price: £10 drop in or £90 for block of 10 classes
