Welcome to Wellbeing Wednesday
We will have a programme of weekly activity to encourage wellbeing. As participants we’d love to hear from you about what you’d like to see included and try to make it happen. This is a friendly and social group looking at all aspects of wellbeing over the next 30 weeks.
Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, meet new people, try out some different types of wellbeing – what’s not to like?
For the first few weeks we shall be outdoors exploring the local area, taking in the sights, getting back to nature and engaging with our creative selves.
If you are interested in joining us please telephone or email in advance due to limitations in numbers. As the year goes on we are hoping to be able to accommodate more people.
On Wednesday 26th May 2021 between 11-1pm there will be two time slots when you can meet with Neesha and find out more about what will be happening.
