Together Sessions

Are you over 55 years old? Do you find it difficult to get out to see people? Do you feel isolated in these difficult times?

If you have answered yes to any of the above our Together Sessions are for you?

Where?

On Zoom. Instructions on how to access zoom are available when you book.

What will we do?

Each week we will choose a decade either 40s, 50s, 60s, or 70s

We will choose a song to sing along to from the chosen decade and each participant will have the opportunity to share a memory or story from that decade.

A list of songs and lyrics will be provided before the session.
