Singing for fun!

If you are like me, and can’t really sing, nor play a musical instrument, BUT love trying (!), then come along to these 4 very informal sessions I will be running on Thursday mornings throughout September 2024 – on Thursday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th – from 9.30am to 11am at The Mill.  I can’t teach you anything, but it will be a completely safe environment to try something new, in a really informal and inclusive atmosphere and enjoy the joys of singing with other people.

In terms of song choices, I will bring a range of songs with me, but can try to be flexible so that we sing the songs you want to sing.  I will either accompany the songs on guitar or ukulele (probably very badly!) or source backing tracks if necessary, and if you play an acoustic instrument, you are very welcome to bring it and play or simply sing along too (I will provide the chords and lyrics from any songs we do).

The sessions are free to attend, but numbers are strictly limited, due to space constraints, and as such it is essential to reserve a place as soon as possible on these sessions, to avoid disappointment  by emailing: singingforfunsessions@gmail.com

If you do not have access to email, then you can exceptionally contact The Mill direct, who will take your details and forward them onto that email address on your behalf for the organiser of the sessions to reply to.

We will have a short break part-way through the session with some free refreshments.
