Pilates at the Mill online
A new weekly class at 7pm on Wednesdays starting 6 May.
Pilates is a popular mat-based exercise for core strength, flexibility and balance. It complements yoga, gym work and other fitness activities with its focus on postural muscles. The class is suitable for beginners and improvers.
