If you have never had a safe space or opportunity to talk freely about your experiences both positive/negative please come along.

We are not medical professionals but do have experience of life with meds. The event will be respectful and confidential.

Our longer term aim is to run more events, gather people’s voices and experiences so we can open a conversation with psychiatry.
