Mell’s Desserts in assocation with Mell’s Safe Space meditation sessions, are for adults who would like to learn the art of meditation to help relieve anxiety and/or depression.
Meditation is an ancient practice, believed to be started in India thousand’s of years ago. The practice has been adopted by neighbouring countries and has developed since. It started by being a religious ritual together with Yoga but, now, has transformed and can be practised without a religious or Yoga influence.
My meditation sessions are non religious based and are for everyone, all are welcome to join in my meditation sessions. Bring your cushion if you feel comfortable sitting on the floor, but chairs will be provided.

My meditation sessions are designed to support individual’s who have never meditated before and would like to try and who are experiencing depression and or anxiety.

I practice meditation to help myself overcome anxiety and depression, to calm my mind, help me to relax and sleep, and to support my concentration. I have been practicing meditation for 4 years, and decided to do a course to help others with breathing and teach basic meditation techniques.
