Join our creative journalling workshops for mothers and birthing parents
Explore the emotions, challenges and new experiences of motherhood through journalling, connect with a community of local parents, and discover your creativity.
We’ll guide you through inspiring writing and visual art activities. No previous creative experience, ability or skills required.
Open to anyone who has experienced pregnancy, given birth, identifies as a mother or as a woman or non-binary carer – at any stage of parenthood (including pregnancy).
Babies under one year old welcome.
Cost: £7 per session.
Dates: Thursdays 10.30am -12pm
