Curators: Duncan Holmes and Jane Evans

Local artists have submitted works that celebrate the past world of making, architecture and industry. Some of Walthamstow’s rich past remains, some only exists in photos or in memories. The exhibition comprises a variety of mediums and different interpretations of the theme.

The exhibition is free to view – just drop in whenever we are open. Our current open hours are:

• Tuesday to Friday – 9.30 am-5.30pm
• Saturday & Sunday 10am-2pm – but please note we are completely closed on Sunday 2 October.

Some works are for sale so you can also buy an original piece of art. You will be supporting both local artists and The Mill – artists will retain 80% of proceeds and give 20% to The Mill.
