Laughter Yoga combines stimulated laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques, to teach the body how to laugh without relying on jokes or humour! Just 15 seconds smiling changes brain chemistry and 10 minutes of belly laughter is equivalent to 30 minutes of plank pose.

Laughter Yoga is a modern form of healthy self expression and expands  joy. It is fun, engaging and interactive. New connections and bonds are formed by sharing a common love for laughter.

People learn to release uncertainties and insecurities through laughter games.

Every one who experiences laughter yoga is valued as an individual and as an important part of the whole group.

People of all fitness and cognitive levels can participate in Laughter Yoga.

People who come regularly worry less and everyone who attends always leave feeling uplifted!
