Aging is a normal part of life– something that we all hope to look forward to. It is a process that cannot be stopped or reversed; but increasing age often comes with age associated diseases. Can these diseases  be prevented ? Can our functional lifespan can be prolonged? for how long?

The maximum human lifespan is believed to be about 125 years, but so far no one for certain has reached this limit. You have the old stories of the Taoist masters teaching ripe old ages of over 100 and in one case 256 years of age. Japan has the largest group of centenarians who live healthy active lives past 100.

So, what are the secrets of longevity? What can we do today that may prolong our lifespan or at least allow us to age minus the chronic illness and age related decline in health and mental faculties.

Come along and find out what you can do today to prepare for a healthy tomorrow.
