Interwoven – art exhibition – evening launch event

Join us on the evening of Thursday 15 May 2025 for the launch of our latest open call exhibition – Interwoven – which comprises 31 works showing diverse and richly imaginative ways of using textiles to produce artworks.

At the launch event you can view the exhibition, meet some of the artists and members of The Mill’s Art Works team and enjoy drinks and nibbles with us. You will also be able to try your hand at producing your own textile art work, with all materials and guidance being available.

Some works are available for sale, so you’ll have a chance to purchase an original piece of art by a local artist.

No need to RSVP – just come along! All are welcome, so do feel free to come with friends or family members.

If you are unable to attend the launch, you can view the exhibition during Mill open hours up to Sunday 22 June 2025.
