This 6 week course is a new way to enhance your wellbeing in these challenging times, teaching you the fundamentals of mindfulness fused with yoga for all abilities.

The one hour sessions will be live streamed, so you can join us from home.The course is led by Luke Doherty, who played rugby for England and now teaches mindfulness to elite athletes including Saracens and Harlequins rugby clubs.
