FREE MINDFULNESS AND YOGA COURSE – RECONNECT AFTER LOCKDOWN
More and more people in our community have been learning and practicing mindfulness and yoga to help get through lockdown. This 6 week course is open to both beginners and regulars and will teach mindfulness and yoga for all abilities which help connect you to a sense of calm and with the people around you as we come out of lockdown.
The one hour sessions will be held at The Mill E17 Community Centre and live streamed, so you can join us at the venue or from home. The course is led by Luke Doherty, who played rugby for England and now teaches mindfulness to elite athletes, business leaders and in his local community of East London.
BEGINS FRIDAY 21st MAY, 6.00pm-7.00pm (subject to Step 3 of the roadmap being approved for the week of 17th May)
