Join your two hosts – Lisa Moldau and AMC Newton – for a gloriously unstructured morning of creative chaos where you can:

• Finally answer “where shall I start?” without anyone judging your choices

• Meet fellow creative explorers
• Experiment with materials,

What’s Included: Circuit training for your creative muscles across four stations: words, images, textiles, and mark-making. 

Think creative buffet rather than a set menu – wander, explore, follow your instincts. 

Bring your own project if you fancy, or dive into whatever catches your eye on the day.

What to Bring: Just yourself and permission to be wonderfully, unapologetically creative. Feel free to bring your own project if you have one brewing, or come empty-handed and see what sparks your interest. This isn’t a “follow along” workshop – it’s your creative time to use however feels right.

Perfect for: Seasoned creative pros, absolute beginners, and everyone who’s ever stared at a blank page wondering why creativity sometimes feels harder than assembling IKEA furniture. 

Drop in, drop out, drop everything and just create. It’s the freeform morning you didn’t know you desperately needed.

FAQ Q: Do I need to book in advance? A: Yes, please book via Ticket Tailor to secure your spot.

Q: What if I’m a complete beginner? A: Perfect! This is designed for all levels – from first-timers to seasoned makers.

Q: Are refreshments provided? A: We don’t provide food or drink, but you’re welcome to bring your own drink & a snack. There is a tea & coffee station at The Mill, where you can make a cuppa for 50p, or there are lovely cafés nearby too.

Q: What if I want to work on my own project? A: Absolutely bring it! You can use our materials or work on your own thing – whatever inspires you.

Q: Is it really drop-in/drop-out? A: Yes – arrive any time between 10:30-12:30 and leave when you like. Perfect for busy schedules.

Q: What materials will be available? A: We’ll have supplies across 4 creative stations: words, images, textiles, and mark-making. Plenty to explore!

Q: What shall I wear? A: Wear something comfy, and something you wouldn’t be upset getting glue on…

Q: Will instruction be given? A: This isn’t a follow along event, we will be happy to give you prompts, encouragement and ideas along the way, but not instructions per se.
