Come join this FREE workshop to make some cosy herbal remedy making for seasonal health with members of Community Apothecary Waltham Forest, a communal herbal healthcare learning and sharing project.
We will blend teas and make other remedies with collectively grown herbs from our patchwork of medicine gardens around the borough. Drop in or stay for the morning and share knowledge and folklore about the herbs and our uses of them while drinking healing teas brewed with them. Take home a remedy and recipes for how to make them yourself.
10.30am-12.30pm with lunch refreshments afterwards, Wednesday 22nd February 2023
