The Mill is recruiting a part time Business Development Manager to work with staff and Trustees to support the Mill’s activities and ongoing sustainability.
Business Development Manager
24 hours per week £29,000 pa pro-rata, 2 years fixed term contract, working pattern negotiable, potential for job-share.
The role: The Mill has developed its trading activities to date on volunteer and administrative time. Thanks to generous support from the Tudor Trust we are now able to create a business development function to take The Mill’s business development activities to the next level to support The Mill’s ongoing financial sustainability. The Mill wishes to appoint a part time Business Development Manager to lead its business development activities working with the Financial Sustainability Group led by a Trustee.
