Home – Summer Exhibition 2016
14 July 2016 until 3 September 2016
The Mill
Home, a new mixed-media summer exhibition at The Mill, curated by Nat Di Maggio will be on display from Thursday 14 July 2016 until Saturday 3 September 2016.
Home, an emotive exhibition, showcases the talents of people in the local community who have been inspired to express what home means to them through different forms of art.
Home is about more than bricks and mortar; the concept of home is about community, connection and a sense of belonging – home is not just a place, it’s also a feeling.
This exhibition is dedicated to the curator’s father and all those who have chosen to call England and especially Walthamstow their home.
Home explores how amazing our little piece of the world really is and why so many of us have chosen to live here. Come to The Mill to see this exhibition and find out what home means to people.
