Evening Relaxation Guided Meditation is a new activity which will take place on the first Wednesday of each month. The first session will be:

  • Wednesday 27 January
  • 7pm-8pm

Evening Relaxation and MeditationNatalie France will lead the sessions and has advised.

“This is a non-religious meditation which focuses on breathing, calming the mind and releasing any stress and tension from the body. There will be time at the end of the session to reflect on your experience. Feel free to bring a cushion or folded blanket to sit on for extra comfort. You may also wish to take notes at the end of the session so please bring paper/pens too. Please consult your doctor prior to booking a meditation session if you are currently on medication, have a major illness or any other medical conditions and note that this session is not suitable if you suffer from epilepsy or are pregnant. And the week ends with The Mill Community Breakfast which is a regular, monthly, event on the last Sunday of each month. So do come along:

  • Sunday 31 January
  • 11.30am-1pm

Bring your favourite breakfast food, make a cup of tea or coffee from the supplies available (donation of 50p appreciated) and socialise with other local residents for a relaxing Sunday morning.
