Saturday 23 January 2016 to Saturday 12 March 2016, 10am – 11am
Used for many years in the practise of yoga, Mudras are yoga positions for the hands and fingers. Mudra techniques can help people recharge their personal energy, and can provide calm from the frustrations and stresses of everyday life.
Mudras can be practised by people of all ages and from all backgrounds, and the techniques can be practised anytime and anywhere.
Discover the calming power and positive benefits of Mudra techniques in an 8-week course run at The Mill, from Saturday 23 January 2016 to Saturday 12 March 2016. In these weekly 1-hour sessions participants will learn all about the traditional practise of Mudras, how to apply simple hand and finger exercises to prevent illness and to support the healing of a variety of physical and emotional problems. Participants will also learn how the effects of Mudras may be intensified through breathing exercises, affirmations, visualisations, and the use of music.
Spaces on the course are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment. For further information or to book sessions contact Imtiaz Hasan on 0788 425 3498 or email imtiazhasan@msm.com
