Come and visit the E17 Community Marquee at the Walthamstow Garden Party this weekend!
The Mill is coordinating the marquee, which will be full of information and Walthamstow community groups, opportunities to volunteer, and an interactive display about our wonderful Walthamstow neighbourhoods.
The list is still being finalised, but on Saturday we will have Voluntary Action Waltham Forest, Waltham Forest Amnesty, St James Big Local and Khyal Arts joining us.
On Sunday we will have The Asian Centre, Forest Recycling Project, Walthamstow Toy Library, Waltham Forest Adult Education, Waltham Forest Fostering and The Bridge joining us.
Friends of Lloyd Park, Big Creative Education, Gnome House, Waltham Forest Samaritans, Waltham Forest Migrants Action Group, Rooms of our Own, St James Neighbourhood Forum, and of course The Mill will be there on both Saturday and Sunday. Many other organisations are displaying information and hoping to send volunteers over the course of the weekend to talk with people about their work.
