Our usual classes are on this week at the Mill, plus two new events for the weekend: Saturday 15th March from 10-12 sees the return of Grow Your Own Theatre’s Saturday Seedlings presenting “Your own secret garden”: making and storytelling with Sarah. The Mill is also launching its latests Community Grants Competition. We’re looking for passionate and creative local people who want to make a real difference in their community. We are offering start-up grants for people running new groups or activities which:
- connect local people to each other
- encourage people to share their skills and experience
- help people build confidence in themselves and their abilities
