What’s On this week at The Mill from 3rd September

This week, a reminder that Waltham Forest Arts Club Summer Exhibition finishes Saturday:

This group show by a selection of artists represented by Waltham Forest Arts Club has a week to go – artworks are for sale from a wide group of established local artists (early seasonal presents?)

Tuesday starts with the regular session at 10am of ‘Job Shop’: Get working with Community Links-you can find more here on the Calendar.

On Wednesday English conversation continues after a short holiday break, at 12 and again at 8pm, and on Thursdays from 12 till 2pm, the Asian Women’s Support Group will be setting up in the Garden Room, learn some new skills and socialise in this friendly group led by Amarjit.

Regulars Ashtanga Yoga and Coppermill Poets start at 7 and 7.30 respectively on Thursdays too.

Friday’s  meet up of the Mill knitters at 10 till 1 gives you a good reason to take up the skill and start something cosy for the coming months? Or pick up that UFO*  and get some help? *unfinished object

An extra special workshop on Saturday, part of the annual Stowfest music event across Walthamstow (info here)  with Atty’s Musical Steps at the Mill:  lots of musical fun for babies, toddlers and children and their adults! There will be two sessions, at approximately 11.15 and 12.15. (Times advertised may be subject to change-depending on how busy we get!)
