Lots on: High Street Ward Councillor Surgery on Tuesday-meet a councillor for advice,  drop in anytime from 9.30-11.30.     And  the last of a special new class this Thursday 10.30: Come to these down-to-earth Intuition Development classes to learn how you might develop this ability; Elana guides you through in a supportive and friendly group…. Literary AND literacy:  English conversation weekly on Wednesdays starting at 12pm and 8pm;  On Tuesdays at 7, the Mill book club meet and discuss Why Be Happy When You Could Be Normal?  By Jeanette Winterson…..  AND there’s more:  Coppermill Poets  meet  Thursdays at  7.30, lets hope they contribute to  the special event on Saturday 20th alongside the Wildlife Recycled exhibition : your chance to work with local poets and give the REcycled creatures a voice is on Saturday from 2-4pm; young poets and experienced poets all welcome. Donation of £2…….Art: Wildlife Recycled: created by families and local artist Michelle Reader – made  from recycled materials – take up residence in the Living room at the Mill this week!…..Also on Saturday from 11 in the Garden Room E17 Fruit Bag bring a special event: Learn how to make great-tasting mustards, pickles and jams from local fruit. A 90 minute workshop with plenty of opportunities for tasting! This event involves cooking on electric hobs, so may not be suitable for small children.
