Feb 7 – Free Workshop Screens in the Wild / D-Fuse

Late Workshop 6-8pm.

Video artists and live A/V performers D-Fuse follow up on the success of a recent workshop at The Mill and invite the residents of Walthamstow to show us your area how you see it. In a number of workshops we are building a collection of photos and descriptions that shows the area from the view of the people who live there.

We are asking you to take pictures from a list of subjects and bring them along to the workshop. This can be on a digital camera, a memory stick, your mobile or photo prints. Landscape format pictures are preferred.

Please bring photo of:

Captura

• Yourself (or something that represents you)

• Your home

• What you have for breakfast

• Your favourite place

• Something exciting

• Something boring

• Something that needs to change

• A recent discovered place

• Random

• Your message

The photos will then be put into a slideshow and combined with comments that came up during our discussions. They will be shown on the screen at the Mill, as well as in Leytonstone and Nottingham.

We want to encourage the community to get further involved interacting with the images on the screens as well as online adding comments, ratings or more related photos.
