Are you stressed or worried?  Have personal problems?  Join our Art Therapy group – it is a gentle but powerful way to help you look within yourself and find some answers.

Drawing on your natural creative processes with the guidance of the Art Therapist, you produce a piece of work in each session. With the support of other group members, you can find helpful meanings in what you make.
