August is here and we are introducing a new session for small children and young adults. If you and your children are into music, then bring them in on Thursday 2nd August to take part in Little Dots. It is all about learning music through a different approach and you could do some singing too!! On the 3rd August , we have Nathaniel introducing a new Photo Group. So if you have a passion for photography, then come into The Mill. For more details of these and other activities, see below. The senior citizens group “The Coppermill `Recycled Teenagers” and their leader Sue Clarke meet, they devise a variety of activities and discussions. Small donation is welcomed.

Printmaking workshop with Artist Kirsten Schmidt for children aged 5-12 years old. Suggested donation for The Mill £3. Parents/guardians are required to stay on site.

10:00 – 11:00 Little Dots
Parents and children learn music together and have fun! Sounds Dotty sessions are based on the Dalcroze approach, where children are taught music entirely through whole body movement alongside their parent or carer. They also sing a variety of songs for children and use percussion instruments. The sessions have a theatrical twist using props & sensory techniques.
