This week theres a family workshop to design and decorate Jute bags, a drop in card making craft session, knitting, drawing and a free printed textile workshop.
There is also a range of classes and dropins to help those who want to improve their English skills.

Informal support group for Asian women where you can learn to sew and also make new friends
Decorate a Jute Bag Workshop – 7-11yrs – 4pm – 5.30pm
This fully hands-on workshop for kids and parents will show you how to craft bags and holdalls with jute, includes bag designing, before painting, sewing, stitching your creation and above all, having lots of fun!

The Cure For Love: Embroidery Workshop & exhibition (6pm – 9pm)
The Cure for Love is a collection of poetry on love in the modern urban environment, sewn upon vintage linens. At the exhibition there will also be opportunities to make “embroidered love potions“.
