The Cure for Love is a collection of poetry on love in the modern urban environment, sewn upon vintage linens by Kate Elisabeth Rolison, a writer and artist studying at University College Falmouth, Cornwall, but hailing from “The Stow”.
The embroideries comprise Kate’s first project of the final year of her degree, together with sound art created in collaboration with an ambient composer.
At the exhibition there will be an opportunity to make “embroidered love potions”.
When: December 17th at 6-9pm
Where: The Mill, Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow E17 7HA
Come along to sew and drink love potions!
