Christmas is coming @ The Mill on 9 December 2017

Saturday, 9 December 2017
2pm – 5pm
All welcome
£2 per child, grown ups free

Join us for a family-friendly event to celebrate Christmas.

Lots of activities for children – making decorations to take home, including last year’s favourite of mini christmas trees made from coffee stirrers (!), other simple to make decorations, and a picture quiz and badge awards.

And – of course – cakes and drinks, including special children’s hot chocolate…

Oh – and there will be knitwear on sale so you can find the perfect gift and there will be merry jingles on the turntable to get everyone into the festive spirit …

What’s on Monday 11 December to Sunday 17 December 2017

As usual, there’s lots going on – but, remember, you don’t have to join an activity to call in because everyone is welcome at The Mill whenever we are open:

  • Tuesday-Friday – 9.30am-6pm
  • Saturday and Sunday – 10am-2pm

You can borrow a book from the honesty library, bring your little ones to enjoy all the toys in the playroom, make a cuppa and have a chat – and browse leaflets, flyers and posters on display to  find out what else is going on throughout Waltham Forest. There’s always someone on reception to welcome you and give more information.

And below are details of all activities taking place this week which are open to newcomers or for which a waiting list is in operation. Details given include whether you need to book or can just drop-in – and there are also contact details for organisers or links so you can find out more.
