Research has shown that mindfulness can reduce stress and improve physical and mental well-being as well as quality of life. Studies are showing that these benefits start to show even after a few weeks of mindfulness training.
The only way to benefit from mindfulness is by practising and one of the best ways to learn and embed practice is by starting with a course.
This six week programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop their skills in mindfulness practice. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness techniques in their everyday life so as to enhance their well-being.
The programme consists of weekly two hour sessions, as well as home practice in between. The weekly sessions include guided experiential practice and some theoretical teachings.
